We are three hundred plus souls from many lands and cultures who come together in the middle of Los Angeles in a century-old parish that thrives as it prays, sings, works, serves, and plays together. We are also a flourishing K-6 elementary school, a preschool, a soup kitchen and food pantry, prayer groups, a multi-year Education for Ministry group, book groups, men’s and women’s groups, and much more. This service is offered in a rich panoply of ancient and contemporary language, ritual and song. The Sermon, rooted in biblical scholarship, addresses relevant issues for day-to-day living.
The Holy Eucharist, Korean Language, Rite II
Holy Eucharist from the Korean language version of The Book of Common Prayer is celebrated in the main church with music and preaching followed by fellowship in the Parish Hall.
